Suburban Trash online Mailorder was designed for recent versions of Internet Explorer, Mozilla (Firefox) and Safari. It is not recommened to use other browsers as mentioned above in order to avoid any problem.


Account:
In order to submit your order and checkout you need to create your personal account. It is also possible to setup a business account (for distributors, mailorders, shops only!).
If you wish to change your account settings you need to login. A 'change settings' will appear where you can type your new address or other necessary informations (eMail, Mailing list). This all will be sent to the Suburban Trash office by email. A secure website/shopsystem (SSL) is in the work!
You can also request to delete your account.


Mailorder:
All prices shown are in Euros.
Products listed in the Mailorder are available but depending on its quantity.
The list view uses various symbols:

Postage and packaging will be calculated while checkout. If you live far away it is possible to use airmail. Suburban Trash uses different couriers which results in different prices.

Payments:
At the moment payments can be done via banktransfer (IBAN/BIC) or by paypal (+ additional 2,5%). A secure shopping card system will be integrated with the next version of the online Mailorder.
